Residents of fragmentation in the province of Berrechid require that they be activated by ownership documents

The newspaper “Al -Alam” has reached a copy of a complaint signed by a certain number of residents of Rabab in the Awlad Abbu group in the province of Berrechid addressed to the Royal Court through which they seek the settlement of the legal and administrative status of residents living in this retail and their equity by ensuring their legitimate rights.

The content of the complaint declared that the population seeks to increase the damage which extended over more than a quarter of a century, due to the freezing of the legal and administrative situation, and their deprivation of the final documents related to the property, in addition to the absence of basic equipment and infrastructure.

In the context of its details, the complaint adds that the retail trade was created in 1996, and the retail trade obtained the temporary delivery minutes and did not obtain the final, but the retail trade was not legalized, because the technical file was not deposited with the real estate governor, which has made the land registered to date as a bare or agricultural land without official trace of the list of reality and architecture.

The details of the complaint also reveal that the officials of the municipality of Awlad Abbou gave residents of the construction licenses, but more than 130 houses rent on 150 places whose owners are always deprived of their right to memorize and obtain property costs, which constitutes a legal and administrative halike which threatens the succession and social security for retailers.

Residents who reduce the complaint with their signatures indicate that the retail trade suffers from deep imbalances in the infrastructure, in particular during the rains, due to the fragility of the wastewater system and its permanent damage, as well as the costs of high water and electricity bills where they are calculated in the fourth part of the houses considered to retail.

The complaint indicates that several meetings took place with the collective council and the retailer in the presence of the various relevant interests, and the employment headquarters have experienced official meetings which have not led to solutions.

On the other hand, responsibility is filled between the retailer, the group and the local authorities, and the population remains in this vortex suffers from depriving it of ownership documents.

Consequently, in the light of the damage resulting from this situation, the population is called to a legally retail registration with the real estate interests of the province, allowing the population of ownership documents, in addition to processing the defects of the infrastructure, in particular the roads, the lighting and the sanitation.
