Moroccan inspiration design is increasingly feeling in the United States, as evidenced by a 1957 villa in Rancho Miragein California, recently restored. This gem of the half of the 20th century combines classic Moroccan architectural elements, interior courses with fountains, arcades inspired by Morocco, carrare marble floors that extend outwards, and complex wood work, which joins tradition and modern luxury.

Located on an acre fenced in the Thunderbird Heights district, the 703 m² domain includes a main house of four bedrooms, a three -bedroom guest house and a staff for the staff. Among the strengths are reflective basins, a kiosk, chimneys and panoramic views on the Coachella valley.

The villa, initially designed by renowned architects and designers influenced by the Moroccan style, benefited from a careful restoration to find its artisanal details, drowning ceilings with carved wooden screens, which have been lost over time.

This property illustrates the growing appreciation of Moroccan aesthetics in luxury real estate in the United States, mixing tradition and modern style, introducing a new cultural wealth in American architecture.
