On Saturday May 24, 2025, the headquarters of the Independence Party in the city of Al -Hoceima organized the work of the local conference to renew the office of the young independence branch, owned under the atmosphere: “Young people and improve the dynamism of local political engagement”, in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and a spirit of responsibility, and the conscious commitment of the participation of partisan strengthening and organizations in the region.
The activities of the conference were launched by reciting proofs of evidence of the Sage Dhikr, followed by the song of the national anthem and the anthem of the Independence Party, in a national and organizational moment which opened the way to leadership and young interventions discussed by the development of political, organizational and development problems.
In his opening speech, Ahmed Mudyan, the regional inspector of the independence party in Al -Hoceima, stressed the central role played by young people in the recovery of local political life, stressing the need for their real involvement within parallel organizations and reports, and allowing them to take responsibility and contribute to the party’s decision.
For his part, Jamal Ajlian, chairman of the conference preparatory committee, addressed the public contexts that supervise the conference, highlighting the accredited emblem, which reflects the urgent need to pump new blood in local political action, by providing an organizational space that embraces the aspirations of young people and refresh their skills.
In the context of the organizational evaluation, the literary report of the previous office was submitted, followed by Professor Kawthar Al -Ahmadi on behalf of the outgoing writer, Ayoub Al -Abdalawi. The report examined the most important struggle and initiatives that distinguished the previous phase of the office, which was an important experience on the independent youth path in Al Hoceima.
In turn, Zakaria Mudyan, the envoy of the executive office of the independent youth organization, member of the central committee and member of the AL -HOCEIMA collective council, delivered a complete discourse characterized by depth and realism, in which he has treated several fundamental axes.
Mudyan addressed the political dimensions of young people’s participation, the central role that should renew the political elites and feed the party with new skills capable of building and innovation. He also underlined the development dynamic observed by Al -Hoceima, thanks to the efforts of the local authorities, led by the worker of the region, which he described as the basic pillar of the development series in the region.
He also referred to the sublime care of the city of Al-Hoceima for decades by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, that God helps him, which is reflected in a certain number of major workshops and structured projects which have been launched or which are in the process of buying, and aiming to achieve a complete and lasting development in the region.
In the organizational part, Mudyan stressed that the independence party continues to strengthen its local presence, by renewing its structures and connecting communication bridges with citizens, in particular the category of young people as the strategic reservoir of any future project.
After that, the appointment door was opened to choose the new branch writer, while two candidates competed for this position, and the voting process led to the election of Dr. Elias Al -hani as a local writer for the independent branch of young people. In his speech, by passing, Al -hani expressed his thanks for the confidence he has received from the two conferences, highlighting his intention to make the greatest efforts to push the work of young people towards more efficiency and efficiency, in a way that serves the interests of young people and strengthens the presence of the party locally.
The works of the conference concluded in an atmosphere of pride and discipline, repeating the national anthem and the anthem of the party, after having thanked all the participants and the good supplication to the commander of the faithful, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him.
