The new initiative launched by the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, aimed at supporting the “al-Kasaba” and remodeling the national herd in a sustainable manner, has received a wide praise by cattle breeders in a number of Moroccan regions.
The program depends, on five main axes, the most important of which is the reprogramming of debts of around 50,000 breeding breeders, with partial exemptions which differ according to the value of the loan and support the prices of the barley and the food composed at a financial cost of 2.5 billion dirhams.
The total cost of these procedures is estimated at 3 billion dirhams during the year 2025, with 3.2 billion additional dirhams in 2026 to support the educators who were committed to preserving the female herd.

Ammari stressed that the intervention to reduce the debts accumulated on soapy agriculture.
In this regard, Mohamed Jabali, President of the Moroccan Federation of Actors -Ters in the livestock sector, said that the launch of the program would be reflected positively on “Al -kasaba”, in particular the young person, adding in a declaration to “electronic science” that this support will contribute to the reassessment and training of the national section.
