The Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs said that the 1st Dou Al Hijja 1446 of the Hegire will fall on Thursday, May 29, 2025, and that Eid Al Adha will be celebrated on Saturday June 7, 2025. This announcement follows the non-observation of the lunar crescent on Tuesday, May 27, thus leading to the completion of the month of Dou Al Qiida at 30 days.
In addition, in its press release, the ministry also formulated prayers for SM King Mohammed VI, the royal family, the Moroccan people and the entire Muslim community.
