The director general of national security and territory surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi, is on a working visit to Moscow from May 27 to 29 to participate in the 13th International Meeting of High Representatives in charge of security issues. This event brings together chiefs and managers of security and intelligence services in more than 100 countries.
During this forum, Abdellatif Hammouchi stressed, in his speech, that to face increasing strategic threats requires the implementation of a common and indivisible security infrastructure. This implies close collaboration between national security and intelligence services and their counterparts around the world.
On the sidelines of this international rally, Hammouchi had intense bilateral meetings with the managers of several security and intelligence services from friendly and allies countries, including the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB).
As a reminder, in April 2016, Abdellatif Hammouchi had carried out his first official visit to Russia, marked by interviews at the Kremlin with Nikolai Platonovitch Patrouchev, then first secretary of the Federal National Security Service. A few months after this visit, King Mohammed VI had granted, in December 2016, A hearing at Patrouchev.
