Islamic jurisprudence, as a system of human jurisprudence in understanding religious texts, is supposed to be flexible, advanced and adapted to the development of life and contexts of people. But in the hands of certain preachers and mentors, he turned into a closed fortress, which is authorized to leave his door except at the hell of Al -wahid. Instead of raising a person from his Lord with love, he is terrified by him.
Some religious take advantage of the feeling of fear established in the human psyche, to confirm their intellectual and spiritual authority, always waving death, the grave, the path and the fire of hell, as if religion did not know mercy, as if God had only anger and punishment. The discourse is absent from tolerance, forgiveness and hope, to be replaced by a discourse that cultivates terror in souls, especially among simple people who find themselves hostage to a ruthless and strict understanding and does not allow to question or think.
This method is not used as a religion, but rather escapes people and deforms its image in the mind, in particular at a time when knowledge has become available, and the comparison between religions and cultures is a daily question. God, in the essence of Islam, is the most merciful, the most merciful, who has written mercy on himself, and not the liar divinity, because some preachers are promoted over the chairs.
The danger in this functional discourse does not stop at the limits of the relationship between a person and his Lord, but rather extends to social life, where a brittle collective conscience is made, subject to a criticism or a change. Each attempt to think is stigmatized by disbelief, and each call to reform is faced with the intimidation of sedition, and sometimes it is called to the torment reference to the mouth.
Today’s need is urgent to restore balance in religious discourse, providing a more mercy and human image of God, and admitting that fear can repair a moment, but that cannot be a permanent basis for the relationship of a person with his Lord. Religion which is not based on love will not resist long in the face of modern questions, and hearts in search of peace will not be convinced, not for terror.
