In the context of the birth of involving social partners in the management of this transformation, the ministry held a series of meetings with the sectoral unions and the National Union of Higher Education, the last of which was last week, it was devoted to the discussion of the aforementioned draft decree, variable salary, centrality of wages and the preservation of the allocation of public employee, and technical aspects human -related human management.
